The Food Sustainability Index (FSI) measures the sustainability of food systems in 78 countries around three key pillars: food loss and waste, agriculture and nutritional challenges. The Index contains 38 indicators and 95 sub-indicators and scores are scaled from 0 to 100, where 100 = the highest sustainability and greatest progress towards meeting environmental, societal and economic key progress indicators (KPIs).
